2. USE OF SPACE IN RESIDENCE HALLS

Residence halls at Michigan State University have been designed to include multipurpose space for academic, social, cultural, governmental, and recreational programs. Residence hall space is primarily for the use and benefit of those students who reside in residence halls during a regular academic semester (which is defined as the first day of hall opening through hall closing for that semester).
